Location, location, location…. This house is absolutely amazing with all the best bay views in the area and golf course views off the back. The home is very well furnished and comfortable at the same time. The kitchen is a cooks dream with upscale appliances and equipped with anything you would need. Very spacious, centrally located to the beaches, fishing and town. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Little Slice of Paradise
This property is truly incredible. The sunsets over the front porch are mesmerizing. The house itself is incredible, new and clean. With an amazing kitchen that just screams for you to cook the days catch. One of the most amazing things and beautiful things about the property, is the lack of neighbors. You don’t have to worry about hearing anyone hooping and hollering in the middle of the night unless you brought them with you. Again, I can’t say enough, all I can say is you’ve taken too long to book your stay.

Quiet, Serene, Zero Neighbors
If you want to be close to everything amazing about Port Saint Joe, but also want complete privacy then this is your place. It's a beautiful modern, new construction house, with an amazing glass fireplace and massive TV.. There are no neighbors on either side so you can stay up late and then sleep late as you wish with no interruptions but Mother Nature. We chartered a boat and caught our trout dinner and more for the freezer. The master suite has an amazing bathtub and shower. There's an outdoor shower too and shaded parking under the house for your cars or motorcycles. Write the check, bring your friends.. and enjoy beach life!!

GORGEOUS!!!
Absolutely STUNNING! Between the beautiful views of the bay and the serenity this house offered, we will definitely be back! The kitchen is a dream, the refrigerator was able to accommodate all of our food and drinks! I loved the location, close to shopping and restaurants. There is also plenty of room for my large family and has 2 king size beds, which is so hard to find. Can’t wait to go back the Bay House!

Short Stay in Heaven
Just WOW, the floorplan of this home is absolutely great. We loved the screened in porches and views of the bay. The stars are so bright at night. Coming form the city, I have never seen a night sky so beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen, looking forward to coming back with our extended family. Thank you for having us!

LOVE this property!!
Stayed at the Bay House in February! Unobstructed west facing views of the Bay - the sunset really shows out in the evening. The property location *feels* secluded but it’s so close to Salina’s beach and restaurants in PSJ. Inside-beautifully appointed with every convenience one could ask for. The beds were comfy, property was extremely clean. Our family had a blast and we’ll definitely be back to the Bay House at the first opportunity!
