Amazing OCEAN views from the living room, master bedroom and two decks! This beachfront townhome is located in Seagrove Beach and minutes to all the popular shops and restaurants along 30A. The coastal cottage décor and stunning views of the Emerald Coast makes this townhome a perfect retreat! The unit sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms upstairs: The master is a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen and twin bunk beds. We also offer keyless entry, cable, and WiFi. A washer/dryer are included with the unit, a private carport and designated outdoor shower. Bike rentals are a few blocks away from the unit and we have a binder full of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and more! 2 chairs and one umbrella are provided for guest use along with a starter supply of amenities. Seagrove Beach is perfectly settled between Seaside/Watercolor on the west, Alys/Rosemary Beach on the east. Close to all the restaurants and shopping, but away from the crowds and in your own neighborhood.. We know you will love this family friendly getaway as much as we do! Community Rules: -No Smoking -No Pets allowed -Events are not allowed -Quiet Hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am *Signed rental agreement required for access to be provided *Guest are charged for stained linens *Management fee is nonrefundable; No exceptions
